Aligners, splints, and braces “Made in Cologne”: In our in-house master orthodontic laboratory, we combine state-of-the-art 3D printing technology with traditional dental craftsmanship—ensuring efficiency and the highest quality.
Our master dental laboratory is located right here in our practice in Cologne-Rodenkirchen. Dentists and dental technicians can easily coordinate with each other: aligners, removable and fixed braces, retainers, and occlusal splints are produced using modern 3D printers to gold-standard quality—and repairs are completed particularly quickly without the need for mailing.

Digitization ensures the highest level of accuracy and enabled us to establish our own aligner production in 2019.

Traditional craftsmanship meets modernity
However, all digital tools are no substitute for the work carried out in our practice and laboratory by highly qualified dental technicians.
The planning of the aligner treatment, including the implementation of temporomandibular joint information, is carried out by our orthodontists themselves.
The preparation, fitting and polishing of splints, aligners and removable braces, as well as prompt repairs if something does break, would not be possible without our laboratory team.
