However, this is not an ordinary answering machine. Our digital assistant initiates an interactive dialoguein which it systematically captures your personal information and your request. The conversation is automatically recorded and transcribed, and the collected information is presented clearly for our team.

Why is this so important? The structured data capture enables us to process your requests quickly and precisely, whether through an SMS response or a callback. However, this only happens if the required information was provided during the dialogue, such as your name, date of birth, request, and health insurance.

By using this modern technology, we want to improve our service for you while also relieving our staff. You can now schedule appointments, request prescriptions, cancel appointments, and more, without encountering a “busy” signal or constant ringing. Our smart phone assistant is available when our staff members are currently on the phone or busy with patients in the practice. This means you don’t have to wait unnecessarily long or call multiple times to reach us. 2. State your request, such as: “Appointment,” “Request callback,” or “Message”
At the beginning of the call, please briefly state why you are calling. Is it an appointment request, do you need a prescription, or do you have another message for us? By clarifying your request at the start, this helps us process your needs efficiently. 3. Provide the requested details
When our assistant asks for further details about your request as well as your personal information (name, date of birth, health insurance, phone number), we ask you to speak slowly and clearly. This way, we can record the information correctly and then contact you by callback or text message.
