Luna is there for you outside our opening hours. She takes calls, helps with booking, changing or canceling appointments and answers frequently asked questions around the clock, seven days a week. In future, you will be able to reach us even when our reception is not manned.

During our regular opening hours, your first point of contact will of course be our experienced reception team. However, should it happen that all team members are busy talking to or seeing patients on site, Luna will automatically take over - fast, friendly and reliable.
